Meet Karen and Susan

Karen Flowers is a Broker Associate, At Home With Diversity Certified, with a Graduate of REALTOR Institute( GRI ). She began her career in real estate with Joe Tramonte Realty in 2001. Karen has helped her clients achieve their goals of ownership and investment.

Karen serves on the Board of the Galveston Association of Realtors and is on the 2010 TAR Nominating Committee. Karen has served on the GAR MLS Executive Committee, was TREPAC Chairman and was President of the Galveston Association of Realtors in 2006. She was honored as REALTOR of the Year in 2005.

Karen is actively involved in volunteer activities. She presently is on the Board of the Ronald McDonald House of Galveston, UTMB School of Nursing and is a member of the Junior League of Galveston County. She was Sustainer of the Year in 2006-2007. She has served as Chairman of Project Graduation for both Ball High School and O’Connell High School.

Susan Falgout has been a realtor with Joe Tramonte Realty, Inc. for almost ten years. Susan specializes in residential and commercial properties. She prides herself in client service. Buyers and Sellers alike appreciate her knowledge of the real estate market and the professionalism that she brings to every transaction.

Susan represents Buyers and Sellers on Galveston Island, Galveston County, Brazoria County and Harris County. She is a member of the Galveston Association of Realtors as well as the Houston Association of Realtors.

Susan is very active in her community. She served on the Galveston Multiple Listing Service Executive Committee. She is presently on the Board of the Ronald McDonald House of Galveston, the Advisory Board of the UTMB School of Nursing, Membership Committee for the President’s Cabinet of UTMB and on the Board of the “50 Club” (serving our Galveston County police force). Susan was appointed by the Galveston City Council to serve a term on the Park Board of Trustees.

Susan and her long time friend Karen Flowers were the first to initiate the real estate “team” concept in Galveston. It has worked very well for the dynamic duo!
